Processing/Pick-up dates (subject to change) are June 9 & 16, July 6 & 15, August 3 & 12, September 1 & 7. Please indicate preferred month(s), if any,  and we will try to accommodate your request.  We also will be selling frozen birds off the farm and @ the Olean (REAP) Farmer’s Market.
We’ll only raise organic-feed birds if there’s enough demand for a full batch and they will all be processed at the same time.

2)  Number of Pastured Thanksgiving Turkeys:  ________   @ $2.75/lb(10 cents/lb discount for orders of 3 or 
                                                                                                                          more turkeys.                      

3)  Pastured Pork:  Available whole or by the side (1/2 pig) @ $2.30/lb hanging weight (plus processing).  Various frozen cuts and ground meat/sausage available by the package. Please contact us for details.

4)  Farm fresh eggs (pastured seasonally):   Available year round @ $3.00/dozen on farm (please call to arrange for pick-up).  Also available Saturday mornings @ Olean (REAP) Farmer’s Market (May-October) and @ Canticle Farm for $3.50-3.75 per dozen.

5)  Raw Honey:  Limited availability @ $4.00/lb

6)  Pastured Beef:   Available by the side (1/2 a beef) @ $2.40/lb hanging weight (plus processing).  Gourmet (whole animal) ground beef available by the package. Please contact us for details.
