Fall 2009 update.
Had our first frost yesterday morning (9-20-09). One of our sows (Black)farrowed 8 piglets the afternoon of 9-19 and we weaned Red’s 7 piglets on 9-18-09 and they’ll be available by the 1/2 in late January. We have 4 pastured beef that will be processed in Dec and January and still have quarters or halves available, first come first served. We also still have a few pastured Thanksgiving turkeys up for grabs. Laying hens are still on pasture and have all kicked in now so we have plenty of fresh eggs available. We also bottled our crop of raw honey this past weekend so we now have some available again. Feel free to email or phone in your orders for any of our products listed on the website order form. Hope you all enjoy these warm autumn days and cool nights. Leaves are starting to turn and usually peak the first week of October.
